La intolerància a la lactosa Un producte més natural (amb Lactobacillus sp.) Com poder treure la lactosa de la llet de manera natural

Objectius del treball

Aconseguir que la llet amb lactosa pugui ser transformada a sense lactosa mitjançant el bacteri Lactobacillus delbrueckii Aprofundir en la branca de la biología que es la microbiología. Aprendre a aplicar les diferents tècniques que es necessiten per fer algun treball amb microbiologia. Poder consumir llet sense lactosa sense risc per la meva salut ja que sóc intolerant a la lactosa. Aprendre com funciona un procés productiu alimentari, com és la producció d’un làctic sense lactosa.

Hipòtesi del treball

Pot ser que mitjançant la introducció del bacteri Lactobacillus delbrueckii a la llet, pugui aconseguir les condicions òptimes, perquè el bacteri consumeixi la lactosa, convertint la llet amb lactosa a llet sense lactosa, fent-la apte per el consum dels intolerants.
