The Magna Charta
Magna Charta
The Magna Charta, signed on 15th June 1215, is one of the most important documents in history. - King John faced opposition because of heavy taxation and military failures
- The barons rebelled, forcing the king to negotiate and sign the Magna Charta at Runnymede in 1215
