WELCOME TO dublin

ARRIVAL AND TRANSFER

Arrival at Dublin Airport at 11:35 AM.

Take bus line 717 to “Dublin City South, Georges Quay.”

Check-in and leave luggage at Hazelbrook House.

day one

PLAN OF THE DAY:

LUNCH

For lunch, we’ll head to The church Café, Late Bar & Restaurant, a unique dining spot set in a beautifully restored former church. Here, we’ll enjoy a full meal for €25, experiencing a blend of traditional Irish flavors and modern cuisine in a stunning, historic atmosphere.

EPIC MUSEUM

Next, we’ll visit the EPIC Museum, located in Dublin’s Docklands. This interactive museum explores the history of Irish emigration through 20 digital galleries, offering hands-on activities like stamping a personalized “passport.” Teen tickets cost €14.50.

EXPLORING DUBLIN'S ICONIC LANDMARKS

Afterward, we’ll head to O’Connell Monument, dedicated to Daniel O’Connell, a key Irish political figure. We’ll also visit The Spire, a striking 120-meter tall modern monument located nearby on O’Connell Street.

TEMPLE BAR

After a day of sightseeing, it's time to unwind at one of Dublin's most iconic spots,Temple Bar. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, this historic district offers a mix of medieval charm and modern energy. You can enjoy a refreshing pint of Guinness, try local delicacies like oysters and cheese plates, and soak in the lively ambience of this famous pub area. It's the perfect way to end a day in Dublin!

ella's heaven cafe & bakery

our alarm is set at 8 am

For breakfast we're going to Ella's Heaven cafe&bakery, where we're going to try a typical irish breakfast, normally made of eggs, bacon, sauseges, and white and black pudding. All of this for just 15 euros!

TRINITY COLLEGE

An older educational institution in Ireland

After a 12 minute walk, we’ll be ready to visit Trinity College, as we’re teenagers, the cost of the ticket will be around 16 €. It is famous for its library that houses the manuscript Book of Kells We’ll dedicate 2 hours to this and then we’ll go on foot to Ireland's National Gallery

IRELAND'S NATIONAL GALLERY

It is located in the heart of Dublin and houses numerous paintings, made by irish artists as well as Vermeer, Van Gogh, and Monet. The gallery is a must-visit for art lovers and those interested in Ireland’s cultural history.

It is a town and outer suburb of Dublin, Ireland.

Then we'll go to 13 O'Connell Street Upper, where we will take a bus that will take us to the coast. The activity including a tourist guide costs 38 euro and will last 4 hours

Ha'penny bridge

Ha’penny bridge, also known as the Lieffey Bridge. It was built in 1816 and spans the River Liffey and connects the areas of temple bar and north city.

molly malone

It pictures the legendary figure from the famous Irish folk song “Molly malone”, it is worthwhile because it celebrates culture and the storytelling. It depicts her with a cart of mussels, and it is said that if you rub her breast, it will bring you good luck. This practice has become a popular tourist tradition.

saint patrick cathedral

A must see in Dublin is certainly Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, as we all know saint patrick is Ireland’s Patron Saint. It features gothic architecture and big glass windows. It is known for housing the grave of Jonathan swift, author of Gulliver’s Travels. The cathedral has undergone several phases of construction, restoration, and transformation over the centuries. In the medieval period, it was a place of worship for the Anglo-Norman community.

It was originally constructed in the early 13th century, starting in 1204, by the orders of King John of England, making it one of the most important Norman buildings in Ireland. Visitors are able to see the state apartments like st. Patrick’s hall, medieval undercroft and the chapel royal.

chester Beatty Library is a must visit because of its collection of manuscripts from all over the world.

Both the cathderal and castle have the gardens to visit!

woolen mills

Founded in 1863, it originally operated as a textile factory producing woolen goods. It's a great spot for casual dining, and it is particularly known for its use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The best thing is that it's just a 15 minute walk from our place!

DAY FOURTH

TO GET THERE

BUSàRAS

To get to our destination we will go to the Busàras tram stop.

HEUSTON

We'll arrive there by walking and we will arrive at the Heuston's bus stop with the Red Line tram, same as the return.

PHOENIX

It is a city park located 3 km northwest of Dublin's city centre.

The Phoenix park is free and we'll be able to take a long walk as it is very large. Inside the park we'll also find many deers, but we'll have to remember that it is forbidden to feed them. In the park we will find the Wellington Monument, a 62-metre high obelisk, in memory of Sir Arthur Wellesley.

The zoo ticket costs 12.50 euros. We'll visit it in the afternoon, as we'll spend the morning at Phoenix Park next to the zoo.

Ireland's largest zoo, and one of Dublin's main attractions, is home to hundreds of wild animals and tropical birds. Many protected and at-risk species are also raised there.

The Celt
For lunch, we will find many bars and restaurants nearby. Since it is the last day, we decided to keep the schedule more flexible. The food will cost around 15 euros.

The Celt is a typical Irish pub that offers not only traditional food but also part of the daily life of the Irish.

For a soft drink and something to eat, we will spend no more than 15 euros.
