The company focuses on clients who value quality, transparency, and sustainability in their construction projects.

Our project aims to be sustainable and efficent while providing affordable comfortable homes for our clients. In this project, we have collaboratively came up with excllelent ideas on how to meet all these target such as using a green roof with bamboo structure to hold it which has low embodied energy but is also sustainable. We have decided to have a large curtain window as we would like to maximise the use of natural sunlight which would boost aesthetics, increase the mood of the clients and reducuses the costs of artificial lighting in the home which leads to an efficent home in the long run.

so what is the PROBLEM?

The construction industry

10% - 50%

5% to 20%

Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) is an eco-friendly, strong, and cost-effective building material made from layers of wood glued together. It’s sustainable, as wood absorbs carbon. It’s durable and fire resistant. CLT speeds up construction because panels are prefabricated off-site. This reduces labour and saves time. It also provides natural insulation, improving energy efficiency. The aesthetic of wood adds warmth and beauty to buildings, and CLT has a low embodied energy meaning it requires less energy to produce, transport, and install. Overall, CLT combines strength, sustainability, and design flexibility, making it a great choice for modern construction. In construction, bamboo is a sustainable, strong, and flexible material increasingly used as an alternative to traditional building materials like wood and steel. It grows quickly, making it renewable and eco-friendly, while its lightweight nature and high strength-to-weight ratio allow for durable, efficient structures. Bamboo is used for flooring, scaffolding, walls, and even entire buildings, offering a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution. Its ability to absorb carbon dioxide further enhances its appeal as a green building material. Our project takes advantage of the local area and we are able to use a green roof which acts as a SUDS but also makes up for the loss of natural habitats in the area this is a place where animals can rest or live without the disturbance in their eco system.
