Generate a Property Valuation Report
Alto's Property Valuation Report (or PVR) gives you a wealth of information about the property, it's location and it's past, from a range of sources including government data, previous Zoopla listings and Hometrack data. This will assist you in providing an informed and accurate valuation for the owner. The information included about the locality can also help you in crafting your property description and key features for the property listing.
Step 1
Generate a PVR

Click the Appraisal side tab
From the Properties tab

Launch the Report
You will see an option to launch the PVR highlighted on the right. Click on Launch Report.

Your Property Valuation Report will now appear on screen. Use the 'set-up' section on the left to select what details you would like to see in the report. You can use the print button at the top to print out the report. Why not take it to the appraisal appointment with you and share the insights with your client?
