Ratatouille

Ratatouille is a classic vegetable stew from Provence, in the south of France. It originated as a humble, rustic dish, originally made by farmers using local, seasonal vegetables.

Introduction to Ratatouille

Garlic 1 clove

3 zucchini

a red peppers

tomato sauce 150 g

1 white onions

Wash and slice the aubergines and zucchini

Finely chop the garlic and onion together

Add the finely chopped peppers to the oil and mix together Add the tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes until you get a smooth sauce

Meanwhile cook the zucchini and aubergines for 10 minutes in a pan with a little oil or in a steamer

Finally compose the ratatouille add the oil and aromas and cook in a baking dish in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees
