She rates her pain a 9-10 on the severity scale he Bp was 90 systolic 60 distolic ,Heart rate of 110 and a RR of 25

She also states her period was late and now is having a heavy flow.

Upon arrival you find the patient on the couch laying down on her right side in a fetal postion.

You are called to a 32 y/o Female who complains of Right Lower quadrant pain, patient states it has been getting worse over the last two days.

She has Known Drug allergies, past medical history of a asthma and takes albuterol inhaler when needed, she states the last thing she ate was some ramen 2 hours ago, but did end up vomiting (emesis). Patient states the pain feels like a knife like stabbing pain, with pain also in the shoulder pains.
