You're ready to reserve!

You've completed SAF101, and you've also passed the quick quiz for the equipment you want to use. Great work! This means you can reserve the machines you've been trained to use whenever you want, 24/7, 365 days a year. To reserve equipment, access the reservation portal using the link below, find your equipment, and then bookmark the links you've unlocked!

Pass your first quiz

Once you attend SAF101: Basic Safety in the Clear Creek Makerspace, you'll be automatically sent a follow up email with a passcode to complete the workshop. You can take the quiz any time you'd like, but you'll need to have it completed before accessing additional equipment or tools. Remember: you can't use equipment or schedule tool tests without completing SAF101.

Show us your skills

Once you've attended a class or tested out, you'll need to take a quiz before you can use that equipment unsupervised. Why? We're not here 24/7, but the space is open and equipment is available for you to use whenever you want, all year long. We use quizzes to sync your progress to your membership account and safetly gate access only to trained and approved users. Once you pass a quick quiz for that equipment, you can reserve it whenever you want!

Safety First!

Before you can do anything else, you'll need to attend CCM's safety orientation. Why? We want you to enter and leave the makerspace with the same number of fingers and toes. Learn about CCM's safety policies and tool rules through a 45-minute in-person orientation class. Check out our calendar to find the next available SAF101: Basic Safety in the Clear Creek Makerspace classes and snag a spot!
