A traveler is someone who has been referred (by a partner, friend, etc.) and has not yet logged in. Once they log in, they transition from a traveler to a user. When this feature is useful: For example, a traveler may have received a gift but is trying to log in using the wrong email. In this case, you'll see the gift linked to one email under 'traveler,' while the 'user' account shows a different (incorrect) email they are using to log in.

This form is used to grant free data, reassign a canceled 2-day 1GB plan for first-time users, or offer a commercial gesture in cases of dissatisfaction or technical issues impacting the user’s ability to use their data plan

We can see how many times an eSIM was recycled. Not very useful for us at the moment.

This form is used for cancellation and refund purposes. You can: Cancel a data plan without refunding the customer (rare cases like gifts). Cancel a data plan and refund the customer for their purchase.

This form is used to invite new customers to Kolet via the 2-day, 1GB promotional offer, especially after resolving a technical issue positively. It encourages users to invite co-travelers, promoting organic growth.

Esim Subscribers

Not very useful at the moment

This form is used to create a voucher code for a user: Gift, discount percentage or discount amount.

Create voucher

Name of the code. Personalize it to the user's name

Tick the box to activate it

Explain the reason for this voucher

Travel partner associated

Put yes only if it's restricted to first-time users

Usually 1 for single use

Expiration. Can be left empty

Click on Submit when you're done
