My life is made of many colors; to each one corresponds an emotion. Often I can’t recognize them all and sometimes I don’t want to recognize them for fear of revealing myself too much. Then I realize that I can’t be embarrassed because I am my emotions; they unintentionally control our lives, make us unique and unite us. We can be good with ourselves and others only if we express and share what we have inside; those who love us will understand and accept our weaknesses.

RELIEVED

I feel relieved when I get a good grade in school after studying so much; I also feel relieved when I can say what I think without offending anyone and when I reach my goals.

I feel angry when I see an injustice, for example when I see a mistreated animal, a friend excluded from the group and a person alone without help.

ANGRY

TERRIFIED

I feel terrified when they talk about war in television, about abandoned and hungry children, and also when I think we could do more, but we don’t.

I FEEL ...

I feel annoyed when I don’t have time to go out for a walk with my dog Kira, when I have difficulty doing a task and when it rains.

GUILTY

I feel guilty when I tell a lie or when I don’t respect the rules. I also feel guilty when I say something that makes the people I love feel bad.
