The band was created by the brother youngs in 1973, Australia Sydnay; with drummers Colin Burges, bass guitarist Larry Van Kriedt and vocalist Dave Evans. The band was called valvet undergrownd. After, they develop the name of the band in AC/DC(alternating current/direct current)
The first album
high voltage
high voltage is the first album of the band. It was released in the november of 1974. The first AC/DC album to have worldwide distribution was in 1976Also titled High Voltage, it was released through Atlantic in May 1976, eventually going on to sell over three million copies in the US by 2005.
Initial success and record deal
After the success of their album .they returned to London, where they set new attendance records during their residency at the Marquee. They continued to tour throughout Europe and then Australia. In January 1977, they started recording their fourth studio album, Let There Be Rock.
The death of Bon Scott

In 1979 tHey start to record their sixth studio album: highway to hell.In 1980 they work on their seventh studio album: back in black, but Scott passed out in a car driven by his friend Alistair Kinnear after drinkig night. On 29 March 1980, Malcolm offered Johnson a place in the band, much to the singer's surprise. Out of respect for Scott, the band wanted a vocalist who would not be an imitator. On 1 april was officially announced as the lead singer of AC/DC. Their eighth studio album was realeased on 23 novmber of 1981, their first album in number-one of billboard 200. But the ninth album was a downgrade for AC/DC, infact they recive a lot of critical review.
