Ingredients:

470 grams of flour

1 sachet of baking powder

55 grams of butter

1 spoon of lemon juice

400 about milligrams of milk

1 teaspoon of salt

fresh cream

strawberry jam

  • glass or pastry cutter

  • baking paper

pour 500 ml of fresh cream into a large container,suitable for oven cooking. Let it cook for 12 hours at 80 degrees take it out of the oven and wait. when the cream has cooled,put it the fridge for 8 hours. after 8 hours, remove it from the fridge and with a spoon start to lift the top crust and start to transfer the densest part into a small container

In a container mix the flour with the yeast and the salt.Remove the butter from the fridge, cut it into pices and crumble it with your hands ,mixing it with the flour. Pour the lemon juice into the milk and add to the rest. Mix everything with your hands. Press the dough with your hands and using either a glass or a pastry cutter cut out circles about 2,5/3 cm high. Place the circles on a baking tray covered with baking paper , cook the scones in a fan oven at 220/230 degrees for 15/10 min.

remove the scones from the oven, open them in 2 and fill them with the cream and strawbarry jam
