Change or Cancel an Appraisal

Change or cancel an appraisal
There are two key ways to change or cancel an appraisal appointment. This can be done from the property record or from your Alto diary. Click one of the options below to learn more.

Change or cancel an appraisal... from the property record
Click the Appraisal side tab on the property record
From the Properties tab

Change or cancel an appraisal... from the property record
Amend or Cancel
Use the amend button to change the appointment date and time Alternatively, click cancel to cancel the appointment without rescheduling.

Find the appointment to be changed
In the diary, find the appointment to be changed. If you want to change it to another time on the same day you can click and drag it to the new appointment slot. Alternatively, click the appointment to open it.
Step 2

Change the appointment
To change the appointment, choose a new date and time and a new appraiser if needed from the Appraisal section at the top of the screen. Remember to click save to lock in the changes.
Cancel the appointment
If you wish to cancel, click the cancel appointment button at the bottom.

Change an appraisal appointment
Clicking the amend button opens this screen for you to select a new appointment date and time. Choose new appointment details from the date and time fields and update the appraiser if needed. Remember to check the appraiser is available before confirming the new appointment with the potential vendor/landlord. When you are done, click the save button to confirm.
