LE BILAN DE COMPETENCES
Entretien de 1er accueil: présentation du bilan de compétences avec les différentes phases, définititon des attentes et besoins avec la personne 2ème entretien: plannification des rendez-vous, validation du plan de fincancement
A programmer à 6 mois
Etape 3 : Bilan et cloture
Suivi administratif (vérification des émargements, attestation de cloture, décalration de sortie), remise du bilan, déclaration de la sortie
Etape 2 : Investigation 19 heures
Récit du parcours de vie professionnel et scolaire, analyse de la personnalité, des valeurs, motivations et intérêts, identifier les compétences, préaprer la suiten explorer les pistes (tests orientation pro), enquêtes métiers, point sur les écarts entre la réalité et le projet initial, préparer la sortie (cv, lettre, formation, demission..)
24 heures 8 à 10 semaines 1700 à 2500 €
