The impact sub-objectives correspond to the conditions for achieving the objective.
We will have succeeded and achieved our impact, if and only if....
The impact objective is therefore broken down into 3 or 4 sub-objectives corresponding to the criteria to be met to validate our impact.
Unlike the impact objective, the sub-objectives are associated with one or more levers.
Which correspond to what we work on in communications
Targets: we'll have succeeded if we've hit a particular target. Messages: we'll have succeeded if we've conveyed a particular message. Channels: we will have succeeded if we have developed our presence on this or that channel The attention and reactions of our targets: we will have succeeded if we have obtained such and such a reaction from our audience.
These levers guide us in the actions to be implemented to achieve the sub-objectives
