The following report aims to show the details and advantages of moving the company headquarters to the newest Antequera's Dry port.

Location
01. LOCATION
As we knew from the start, the location is around 15-20 km From the center of Antequera, making it quite close to the city as it takes less tha 20 minutes to get there. Make no mistake, it also is close to Málaga. It depends on which road you take, but is estimated to be around 68.99 Km and 86 Km, being an hour away from Capital City . This will encourage or producers, clients and employees, because of its proximity to their workplace and their homes.

Transportation
The location is phenomenal, because of its proximity to main ports; such as Algeciras, Malaga and Cádiz, making it a strategic possition to a businness like us to thrive. It also is connected on land to roads directed to other main cities, such as Seville, Granada, Córdoba and Madrid. Last but not least, is near the Malaga's Airport.

03. OBJETIVOS
I'm not an expert on the subject, but Antequera's Dry port is not developed yet, as it's estimated to finish on 2026. Do not fell for it, this is good news, because we can invest on it before anyone else notices. It's development may be expensive, but I assure you it will become more and more expensive by the time the construction is done.

Conclussion
Many of our employees had suggested this idea before because of the great advantages it will bring us and also because of it's proximity to their homes
I know is a daring decision to make, but if we play the cards right, the company will thrive and reach the high
numbers.
