The fundamental treatment is surgical. (Colon resection)
Stage one is the least severe and most localized
STAGE 2.
In stage II, surgery may be the only treatment, but patients with poor prognostic factors benefit from systemic adjuvant treatment complementary to surgery.
It is estimated that 75% of people with stage II colon cancer will be cancer-free 5 years later, without adjuvant chemotherapy
The main treatment would be surgery, but it can be complemented with chemotherapy or radiotherapy
Conclusions
In conclusion, colon cancer is one of the least deadly tumors in its early stages, if its diagnosed early
