My Approvals

To further customize your dashboard, you can show or hide different sections and change the order in which they appear. This allows you to curate your experience to focus on your most important tasks while having control over what you see when logging into Greenhouse Recruiting.

Personalizing Your Dashboard

Hiring Managers can schedule Follow-up Reminders for specific candidates that will automatically appear on their Dashboard. Each reminder will include the task, candidate name, and due date. (e.g. Reminder on 12/8/22 to fill out candidate-X scorecard) If you have more than five reminders, you can view a full list of reminders by selecting See All.

My Reminders

Tasks are specific actions in Greenhouse that are automatically assigned to a user based on their role on a job's hiring team. Tasks include activities such as: - Completing hiring manager review (hiring manager) - Advancing / rejecting a candidate once all scorecards are submitted for a stage (recruiter) - Sending take-home tests (recruiter) - Scheduling (coordinator)

Task Panel

Company goals are organization-wide attainment targets. They are used to set performance targets so teams across SOCi can get measurably better at hiring. We are able to measure objectives like the time to submit scorecards or the time to approve offers. Once a company goal is set, Greenhouse users at SOCi can track progress against the organization's current and target attainment on their Greenhouse Recruiting dashboard.

Company Goals

You will be able to view the SOCi Referral Program by clicking on the hyperlink at the top right-hand corner of this panel. This will show the most up-to-date rules regarding eligibility for the referral program. Additionally, you can create a link to share jobs with others. Post it to the social media platform of your choice or you can also provide it directly to referrals in lieu of submitting a referral.

This section contains a preview of your next three scheduled interviews. This section will also link to the candidate's profile and interview kit. Click See All Interviews to view the full list of upcoming interviews and See Past Interviews to view completed interviews.
