Introduction:

Ecst ( Education Culture of St Thérèse ) is a private school located in Ozoir-la-Ferrière. In this school , there are teachers which get perks by working in it.

What is ecst ?

A perk is an advantage/service given by the company to their employees.

As an example , The employees which works in apple company have a discount of 25% for apple products.

On this genially , we saw that there is many perks which gives advantages to the employees to make them feeling better and unstressed and to permit them to spend the less money possible. As for me with those perks ,ECST is maybe THE best place to work. You can't find another work better than being a teacher in this place.

Conclusion

- The members won't fall asleep because of the cafeine.- If they feel less tired , they feel better when they give their leassons .- The employees save money because they dont need to pay to get their coffee.

Inside the ECST campus ,a car park was created , which permits to every employees to park their car ( there is one in the underground and another outside ).

Benefits for the employees :

-They save time because they don't need to find a place in the city.-They save money because they got a free access on car parking.-Their car is protected unlike another car park in the city so they feel unstressed.

-- It permits them to keep a lot of money.- They can enjoy their moment with their colleagues.

This perk permits to the employees to spend less money when they go to the the cafetaria to eat the noon.

- - It permits to the employees to fell unstressed because they dont hear the sound of car like Paris.-By being less stressed , they can focus on their work

The ECST campus is situated around Paris , so it permits them to reduce the stress by living in a big city.

Every ECST employees have an Ipad which makes them more efficient in their work and faster than doing the leassons on paper.

-They save their time because they don't need to print their leassons on paper ( they got everything on this Ipad ),-They can project exercices on board instead of writting them,-They are more productive.

This perk permits them to go on holidays more easily by paying less money with their check-If they go to holidays , they feel better and less stressed because they don't think about work.
