What is Stress?

It is up to you to decide how you are going to manage stress. Will you allow for it to consume your being or decide that there will not be any room for it?

A natural human response to challeneges and threats in life that can cause physical and emotional tension. Think of it in terms of intense pressure. The magnitude of it can be scary and overwhelming. For example, the work in college can be stressful because of the overload. Or, you hold a full-time position somewhere while having to balance school work as well.

Look after your physical health.

Organize your time based on your energy levels.
