They coordinate “Maths Hubs Programme”. The school works with the Sussex group. Everyday school practice in Maths evolves around five big ideas:
Our City, Our World
Promoted by Brighton and Hove Council, “Our City, Our World” project aims to make schools and the school communities more sustainable and work towards achieving the sustainable development goals.
Oracy Project
Promoted by Brighton and Hove Council as part of the Improvement Strategy. The aim is to develop oracy to support students who come from disadvantage backgrounds. This is to be implemented through all areas. As part of this strategy, the council has begun to fund "Talk Through Stories" for subject leaders.
