The Forest

The campus is surrounded by a forest, which provides a great work environment for all the employees.

The proximity with nature is relaxing, helping with concentration.It makes the employees feel more at ease.

Free coffee

Coffee is often consummated by employees. Unfortunately, it is expensive in most companies.

Coffee is a real advantage since it is a pleasure given for free.Employees can take a break and drink it. It also helps focus.

iPads

iPads are mostly a work tool, yet it doesn't make it an any less convenient perk for professors.

They may not be completely free, but they are of great help.iPads help professors stay organised and allow them not to have numerous books in their bag, avoiding back pain.

The Projectors

There are video projectors in every room, allowing a more "interactive" work method.

It enables the professors to project their class on the board so they don't have to rewrite everything. They can also ask students to project anything.

The Parking

Parking spots are very useful since lots of employees live far away from the campus.

Employees don't need to spend 20 minutes looking for a parking spot, they have them in the campus. They spare time and are in a better mood.

Air conditioning

Without air conditioning, working would be impossible during the periods of heat.

Employees can't work properly if they are too hot.Air conditioners help keeping rooms cool when there is a heat wave. So employees can focus better.

The Premises

The premises are primordial, working in an old and austere building is never motivating.

The campus is very modern and spacious with various places to relax. There is the teacher's lounge for example.

Free printers

It may seem common, but free printers are really helpful. No need to buy the cartridge !

As much paper sheet as you need for your students and yourself!You can print without limit! (reasonably still).

Conclusion

Like in most companies, employees of ECST are provided with multiple perks to make their daily life more pleasant.
