1. Grab a cuppa and cast your mind to the future. What possibble successes or results come to mind?

To future me - Hey, how you doing? Remember that feeling of coming back to work after materinity leave and thinking how on earth am I going to balance it all?! Well if you're reading this, you clearly did it! Do what you've been telling yourself to do, but never have time for. Look at ALL the work you've done. I know it varies from graphics to public events, but you did it - with style of course. Things will change, responsibilies, co-workers and of course the sea level (and public responses about it all), but just look at the work you've done and keep going.

p.s. don't forget to give yourself all that credit for EVERYTHING as you seem to have forgotten how to recently!.
