The constitution is an important tool to help manage and to self-govern the country itself.This also helps to maintain order and justice for all the citizens of said country.

A constitution is a set of essential rules that a country is run by. These rules are then used to establish justice and insure domestic tranquility, and they are written down in a document called "The Constitution".

Rights are privileges that we citizens are granted by the law. On the contrary, duties are legal obligations that we citizens need to serve.

Before the United States of America established their current constitution in 1789, the USA had the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual, created in 1777, served as the United States's first constitution in which most of the power was held by the states.
