They hope to educate and improve their situation if this is implemented correclty.

This has global effects becasue it can cause frequent and intense storms, extreme heat waves, and potential displacement of coastal communities all around.

Climate Change affects Miami in many ways. It causes extreme heat, floods, and storms. Due to increased carbon and greenhouse gases miami has 25 days a year of excessive heat. Temperatures reach over 105 degrees. This is extremely dangerous. Temperature changes have also lead to frequent storms and increased sea levels in the state of Florida but especially in Miami.
