Nigeria: Climate Change

Climate change has caused flooding, drought, and erratic rainfall patterns. This causes issues with agriculture, food security, water availability and in turn the health of the general public.

Nigeria plans on fighting climate change within their legislature. They plan on passing acts and putting together programs and initiatives to help restore the area.

An area experiencing the same effects is Senegal. All surrounding areas are impacted in some way by the flooding, drought, or heavy rainfall. The region is experiencing some agricultural and economical issues because of this. This in turn impact how the world opperates.
