There are many little actions that we do daily that actually contributes to climate change. So if we want to help with this problem we should start looking at which actions we need to change our approach and look for a more healthy alternative. As a citizen in a large community we still count and the more people do better actions like this then the better the results.

"wasting consumables or food."

This action doesn't seem like it effects the climate change but in reality the problem is the production of this food. The high demand of processed food is one of the main causes of climate change so by wasting around 33% of this production we are damaging the environment without a reason.

Learning the many ways of greenwashing can help to identify them in real life. So when you buy an "eco friendly" product always check if it is a case of greenwashing or the real deal. Being a smarter consumer to don't fall on this tricks can help to identify the real eco friendly products. Just like in the internet don't always trust a product for being green.

Let's talk about common greenwashing.

Greenwashing is a tactic were companies make people think their products are protecting the environment but in reality they aren't helping as much as they claim. It is a way to deceive the consumers to buy their products due to making them believe they are buying it for a good cause when in reality this isn't true. It capitalizes in the demand for more eco products.
