Clean energy sources: (Solar energy), (Wind energy), (Hydroelectric energy).

Current enviromental problems: (Trash), (Plastics), (Pollution).

Fun fact... Noise pollution can cause birds to sing louder and at unusual times, disrupting their natural behavior. 🐦🎶

what is an Eco-Point?

An Eco-point is an educational space designed to promote sustainable practices and ecological awareness. Its goal is to serve as an interactive learning point where people, especially students, can learn about recycling, waste management, renewable energy, and how to care for the environment. In a school, an Eco-point could include activities such as recycling workshops, waste sorting stations, information panels on environmental impact, and collaborative projects such as school gardens or composting initiatives. The idea is to inspire students to be agents of change for a more sustainable future. 🌱.

Fun fact... Recycling just one aluminum can can save enough energy to power a light bulb for 4 hours. ♻️

Fun fact Every year, air pollution causes around 7 million premature deaths worldwide, according to the WHO. Reducing it could save millions of lives and improve the health of the planet! 🌍

Soil pollution: (Reduce, reuse and recycle), (Use organic fertilizers), (Plant trees and vegetation), (Avoid disposable plastics), (Clean land and green areas), (Dispose of hazardous waste in appropriate locations)

Acustics Pollution: (Use headphones for music), (Avoid using the horn without reason), (Keep engines in good condition), (Limit the time of loud noises),(Respect rest times), (Prefer silent appliances).

Fun fact... An estimated 8 million tons of plastic are dumped into the oceans every year, affecting more than 600 marine species. 🌊

Fun fact... Solar energy has increased so much worldwide that in 2020, it was the fastest growing source of electricity, with more than 200 gigawatts installed globally. ☀️

Air pollution: (Greenhouse gases), (Industrial emissions), (Burning fossil fuels), (Urban smog), (Deforestation), (Acidification of the atmosphere).

Water Pollution: (Plastics in the oceans), (Oil spills), (Microplastics), (Untreated wastewater), (Oxygen depletion), (Industrial discharges).

Fun fact... It is estimated that a single battery can contaminate up to 600,000 liters of water when it seeps into the ground, affecting entire ecosystems. 🌍

Fun fact Every year, 11 million tons of plastic are dumped into the ocean, which is equivalent to a truckload of garbage every minute. If we don't act, by 2050 there will be more plastic than fish in the sea! 🌊
