Given the prompt, your 1st sentence, or your topic sentence, should be a restate of the question and your answer.Your restate and answer should state what the author said about the connection between a brand and human behavior. - What did he say about how branding influences us?

For your textual evidence, you will use only a specific phrase or an important part of a quote from the text. Once you have selected the phrase or part of the quote to use, you will then integrate it into your sentence "so that it creates a seamless flow of an idea or complete thought" (1). In other words, it will emphasize the part of the text that supports what you're saying in your own writing.
