The business idea

The problem is that there aren't enough affordable and well-equipped gyms and as a consequence of this, people often stop working out because they feel uncomfortable or unmotivated. Gym Palace provides a range of fitneess services: state-of-the-art equipment for cardio, strength, and functional training. Group classes such as yoga and zumba. Also a personal training program focuses on achieving individual goals. And finally some wellness services like nutritional advice and relaxation areas.

Our qualities and the business qualities

As founders of Gym Palace we are both determined and ambitious, and we are always trying to improve and grow the gym. We are also calm and practical when solving problems and helping people. About Gym Palace, it is an active and efficient space designed to inspire success in fitness, and a cool and welcoming environment where members can feel comfortable and motivated.

What skills do we need for creating and managing our business?

Some of the skills we need for our business are creativity and design skills, critical thinking, organizational skills and communication skills

Ideas for promoting

To promote our gym, we will distribute ballots throughout the city, we will put up posters in the main areas of human activity and we will create our social networks where we will explain schedules, closing days of the gym and where we will promote our company.
