"Self-confidence"
Info
For me, self-confidence is the belief in my own skills and abilities to face challenges and make decisions. It is the security I have in myself to handle everyday situations. It allows me to achieve the goals I set and face many adversities, which helps me to be positive or negative.
What is Self-Confidence?
"Actions to Build Self-Confidence"
I am setting small and achievable goals to gradually increase my confidence. I am learning positive things from what I see on social media and television. I am surrounded by positive people who support and motivate me to keep going.
CARLA
ANA
JUAN
Carla is the most self-confident of all. She has great confidence in herself and her decisions. She never doubts her ability to solve problems, and she is always willing to take risks. Carla is the person who inspires others to believe in their own abilities.
Ana, on the other hand, is more self-confident than Juan. Although she also has some insecurities, she believes in her abilities and feels capable of learning from her mistakes. She always faces new situations with a more positive attitude.
Juan is the person with the least self-confidence among the three. He often doubts himself and avoids making important decisions for fear of making mistakes. He tends to think that he is not good enough to face new challenges.
¡THANK YOU!
