- Suggestion: pre survey about our professional roles to understand our contexts, experiences, and potential time barries.
- Feedback polls and real-world application discussions at the end of each module.

Varying Feedback Modalities
- Text based comments accompany grades to clarify gaps and successes.
- Feedback directly to entire group after small group activities.
- Suggestion: audio/visual feedback on reflection assignments.
