Psychopath and sociopath are often interchangeably used to refer to traits related to antisocial behavior; however, there are notable distinctions between the two.

Understanding the mind of a psychopath can be challenging, but there are ways to help manage and improve their quality of life. It might take a while, but with proper help, people with psychopathic traits can learn healthier coping strategies and develop more adaptive ways of interacting with others.
