It is the perks wich allows employes to take holiday without pay. The benefits for the company and workers are that the employes are in a better condition to work so it increases the high-school benefits.

This perk allows employes to have their own office. It puts them in a good state of mind and they can focus on their work. The benefit for the highschool is that the workers are in a good spirit so they do a better job.

This perk allows employes to do benefits on their children scolarity because the price is lower than normal, so they are not stressed and dont' think about how to manage their money, they can focus on their work. For the high-school the benefits increase.
