• There have been signs of scarcity, with droughts occurring in the southern region.

Another way it is dealing with water scarcity is by desalinating water and reclaiming wastewater. It has created the Climate Change Adaptation National Plan, which assesses the effects of climate change in land and water ecosystems and how to act to acclimate to them.
