The museum hosts several occasional exhibitions. A permanent exhibition is Kraków czas okupacji 1939-1945 (Krakow - the years of occupation 1939-1945), which tells the story of the city during the years of the occupation of Poland and the daily life of the city's inhabitants, in particular of the Jewish community. Finally, an exhibition is dedicated to the old factory and a biographical exhibition on Oskar Schindler himself.

Oscar Schindler asked to be buried in Jerusalem on Mount Zion, not far from King David's tomb. There are about 6,000 descendants of the people saved by Schindler in Krakow and they all go to honor this tomb by covering it with pebbles.
