Happiness for Clients

For the client team, happiness measures:

  • how well their needs and expectations are being fulfilled
  • how valued and understood they feel by the provider team

For the internal team, happiness measures:

  • how valued and supported they feel
  • how satisfied they are with contributions and project engagement
