BROCHETAS CON CALABACÍN Y LANGOSTINOS Presentation

Lemon
  • 12 langostinos
  • 2 calabacines
  • 100 gramos de canónigos
  • 1 limón
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Sal
  • Pimienta

1. Lava los calabacines, despúntalos y córtalos en láminas a lo largo con una mandolina. 2. Retira la cabeza y la cáscara de los langostinos. Moja los palitos de la brocheta y lava los canónigos. 3. Monta las brochetas alternando el calabacín enrollado con los langostinos. Salpimienta y pincela con un poco de aceite. 4. Asa las brochetas en una plancha bien caliente un par de minutos por cada lado y repártelas en platos. Riega las brochetas con el zumo de medio limón y sírvelas con el resto cortado en gajos y con los canónigos. El truco: puedes poner en un bol aparte una mayonesa de cítricos o una salsa tártara, que también le queda muy bien.
