The inventor of the sneakers, Isaac Daniel, a 38-year-old engineer who worked as a scientific analyst for the United Nations, believes his device could save lives.

The origin and creator

The shoes also propose to send an alarm signal to a chosen person in case of danger.

With a chip embedded under the sole of the shoe, it is possible to locate its owner anywhere in the world with the push of a button. According to Daniel, GPS-enabled footwear will help find lost children or people suffering from Alzheimer's.
