TITLE

This crown allows Moët & Chandon to be served to the royal family of England. Check out the corresponding Royal Warrant on the back of the bottle for proof!

CHANDON California is one of six CHANDON wineries across the globe who share a unique heritage that began in 1959. See that seven-pointed star? It represents those six CHANDON wineries, with a seventh point representing our pioneering spirit.

FOUNDED IN 1959

CHANDON’s founder opened a world of possibilities by crafting exceptional sparkling wines in the province of Mendoza, Argentina. The combination of innovative freedom and distinctive local quality led to the establishment of each of the six CHANDON wineries around the world.

FOUNDED IN 1959

TIP: It’s good to know that ‘un monde de possibilites’ translates from French to ‘A World of Possibilities.’

Today, this passionate and bold community of winemakers share the inspiration of our founder’s vision, collaborating to seek out the unconventional within a domaine where the sun never sets.

FOUNDED IN 1959

FROM OUR GARDEN

From our Argentinian garden to yours: exceptional CHANDON sparkling wine and sustainably grown, locally sourced, pesticide free orange peels, macerated with herbs and spices in a spirit made from CHANDON grapes. No artificial colors. No artificial flavors. Nothing else. And the bounty of our garden is shared: each bottle of Garden Spritz contains the peel of approximately one orange, and the juice of the oranges themselves is donated to local school children.

THE SPRITZ

Rooted in the Argentinian love of bitter drinks like Yerba Mate and Fernet, CHANDON Garden Spritz finally brings ready-to-serve naturality to the world of spritzes. By combining the vibrancy and complexity of exceptional CHANDON sparkling wine with a hand-crafted blend of locally sourced orange bitters, you'll travel the world of CHANDON with each sip of Garden Spritz. Whether enjoyed with friends on a sunny afternoon, as an aperitif, or just because it’s five o’clock somewhere, CHANDON Garden Spritz is the perfect balance of bitterness, spice, and refreshing brightness for any moment.

Look at that bold vertical placement of the CHANDON name! This eye-catching design should cue you to mention that CHANDON has been guided by a spirit of daring innovation since its founding!

CHANDON

The CHANDON name is a nod to our heritage, as well as a commitment to seek out the unconventional. Unconstrained by traditional methods, CHANDON is able to use a variety of innovative approaches to achieve distinctively local expressions of exceptional sparkling wine. This freedom allows us to select the proper technique, terroir, and grape varieties to achieve the styles we craft while continuously improving quality and consistency.

THE PERFECT SERVE

NO ARTIFICIALITY

Locally sourced from a family farm in Argentina’s most famous citrus growing province, Entre Rios, CHANDON’s winemakers choose these specific Valencia oranges for their optimal balance and citric expression. The farm itself is owned by third-generation Italian immigrants, coincidentally the country from which the Spritz also originates.

NO ARTIFICIALITY

DID YOU KNOW: Amargo – Spanish for "bitter" - is also the local name for a species of bitter-wood plant commonly called quassia. A plant indigenous to Argentina, amargo's bark has been used to add bitter flavors to Argentinan drinks for centuries.

These sustainably grown oranges are peeled by hand and macerated with a blend of amargo, chamomile, cardamom, and black pepper to create the dosage liqueur that gives Garden Spritz its delicious balance of sweetness and bitterness. On both the nose and the palate you'll find the complexity of cardamom’s slightly sweet herbal notes, amargo’s soft bitterness, chamomile’s delicate floral notes, and the warm spiciness of black pepper.
