• Position open to - licensed professional counselors (LPC), licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), and qualified mental health professional (QMHP)
• This is a contracted position (1099)
• Job types: Full time, Part time, Contract
• Pay: $50,000 - $86,000 per year

Position Information

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Valid state licensure as a mental health therapist
• Specialization or experience in working with specific populations for example children, trauma survivors, LGBTQ plus individuals
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments
• Familiarity with case management principles and practices
• Ability to provide gender issues counseling and support experience in providing PTSD care and trauma informed therapy
• Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions

• Strong research skills for staying updated on the latest advancements in mental health therapy
• Familiarity with coding systems for billing purposes such as CPT codes
• Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred but not required
• Ability to collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health concerns
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients needs and goals provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress collaborate with other health care professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment conduct group therapy sessions to facilitate peer support and skill building
• Utilize evidenced based therapeutic techniques to promote positive outcomes for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy
