Unmetneed

The Youth Council in Bury, Greater Manchester provided feedback to the NHS that there wasn’t anything out there which taught young people how to proactively look after their mental health in an easily accessible way. myHappymind in collaboration with the NHS and young people nationally has developed myMindcoach using the Science of the award winning and NHS backed myHappymind programme which is deployed in over 2,000 schools across the U.K.

Addressing the unmet need

The young people we co-developed myMindcoach with told us they wanted a programme that would:

Help themto Thrive
Be Easy to Access
