The Data Product will directly bring value to the Business with no need to associate it with other elements for value delivering. This enables a data self-service approach

User Centric

Each Data Product will answer a customer need. Especially the consumer-aligned data products will be tailor-made to answer one business need.

Data Products can be more complex as BI Data Models or Analytics:

• Sales of ERN services offers depending on the local CO2 legislation
• Financial performances of short-term investments allowed in high treasury situations

Governed

A Data Product that is well-governed will ensure that it has a dedicated organization, maintaining the Data Product and its quality throughout its lifecycle, making it reliable

Data Products can be complex asset as ML models or complete BI modules

Delimited

The Data Products is defined for the Business, with a clear and defined scope to answer the need accurately

Long Term

A long-term, maintained, and scalable Data product, with refreshed data will offer the consumer a stable way to access the data needed, and make easier to apply evolutions overtime.
