Focus Solutions

📍Oosterhout, Netherlands

Manufacturing for Europe and the UK is different than in North America. Here, Focus Solutions creates the blend into a concentrate that is transported to Germany.

• Only producing Blue Razz, Fruit Punch, Juicy Mango, Orange Blast, and Blueberry Lemonade to start
• Different formula needed for 6.1% ABV
• Focus provides all raw materials – we order how much finished liquid we need and they procure and produce a concentrate of the base
• Focus handles compliance

• Global Wine Solutions is our European logistics partner

Valle Redondo

📍Aguascalientes, Mexico

Valle Redondo is our largest co-packer and produces all flavors. The business is family-owned and has celebrated 60+ years producing products for Mexico and the US.

• The first co-packer used by BeatBox
• Produces approx. 50,000 cases per year
• Produces our wine and malt products
• They have 3 lines dedicated to making BeatBox
• Load codes from Mexico end in L6, L7, or L17

• Valle is a full-service co-packer and procures raw materials for BeatBox
• They produce their own brands such as Cu4tro Soles - a red wine

• Helped us with our B-Corp certification

Flow Beverage

📍Aurora, Ontario, Canada

Flow is a smaller co-packer and Tetra Pak facility. Their products are only sold in the US. To produce in Canada, we had to learn a new set of liquor laws.

• Flow had never produced alcohol until agreeing to take BeatBox as a customer

• BeatBox operates 3 of Flow's 5 production lines
• Flow also makes VitaCoco water and other 330ML Tetra Pak beverages
• Produces wine and malt SKUs

• Produces all flavors except fresh watermelon and peach punch
• Certified Kosher facility
• Produces 330ML, 500ML, and 1L SKUs for BeatBox

Güldenkron

📍 Nisteral, Germany

In our European manufacturing process, the blend concentrate is sent to our production partner, Güldenkron to complete the product.

• Güldenkron dilutes the concentrate received from Focus and pasteurizes the liquid
• They pack the Tetras and pallet them
• Tetras are the same 500ml as in the US

• BeatBox Tetra designs are altered slightly for the European market. That includes less vibrant colors and more mature-looking graphics

• Some countries have different requirements for packaging
• From here, the pallets are taken back to the Netherlands for storage in the GWO warehouse
• These products will only be sold in Europe, the UK, and BENELUX

Woodbridge (WB)

📍Acampo, California

Woodbridge (WB) is our only co-packer operating in the United States.

• No lot codes here! WB only adds Born On date
• Runs one line exclusively for BeatBox
• WB produces its own wine in Tetra Paks alongside BeatBox

• WB only provides production equipment - no raw materials.
• BeatBox Procurement Team supplies all raw materials and packaging to WB

• WB can make all flavors
• Produces wine only - no malt
• Mainly produces for California drinkers - sometimes Texas
• Only makes 500L Tetra Paks
