When values and ethics do not align, they can create biases and cause conflict between your professional obligations and your personal ones. I don't believe my values or ethics cause biases directly, but there can be times where it can be hard to implement them when others don't value them as well.

  • Respect- Everyone deserves respect and is worthy to exist in this world
  • Education- Continue learning and developing your skills
  • Empathy- Validating others experiences and feelings
