In the community of San Fndila there is a cave call “La cueva del diablo” .The inhabitants of this community tell the legend that treasures guarded by the devil can be found within the cave. One day, a very greedy man ventured into the cave, like others before him. Upon entering, he discovered the valuable treasure, but as he began to celebrate and collect it, the devil appeared. Enraged to see his treasure being taken, the devil cursed the man, condemning him to never leave the cave and to remain trapped forever. It is said that at night, screams can be heard, and sightings of the famous fireballs occur in the area.

Traditional Festivals
The patron saint festivities in SanFandila take place from June 12 to 16. During these days, the traditional "rooster" parade is held, featuring cardboard rooster sculptures, fireworks, music, and plenty of fun—a custom shared by San Fandila and other communities. During these celebrations, the community's residents also give away bread and soda, honoring the saying "a Sanfandilazo."
Iglesia
The Church of San Fandila is a site of tradition and history for the community. Its construction began on June 25, 1954, decades after the community was founded, under the orders of Doña María de Huguera, the community's founder.
Stables
In this community, there is also a stable, which is a structure housing more than 10,000 cows that produce milk. This stable is named after the community itself, 'Rancho San Fandila.' It was built by a Spaniard who joined this community several decades ago, and some of the residents of San Fandila work in this architecture.
