Was it overall successful or not?
It was very successful for me. I lowered my soda intake and I was able to drink more water through out my day. That made me feel alot more healthy when I was doing my workouts and made them alot more enjoyable. It was Great success.
What were my greatest challenges
- Dealing with the cravings of sugar
- having to get away from people drinking soda
- Wanting to simply have something sweet
- I fixed my cravings by Using non sugar water packets to drink and it worked well.
- I chilled in my room to get away from people
- I started doing pushups whenever I wanted soemthing sweet and it got me not to think about it.
what could I have changed to improve success?
Honestly I don't I could have changed anaything. My system worked well for me. It was hard at first but it got easier as the weeks progressed.
What will be continued?
Defintily no sodas. It was hard at first as I wanted to drink them but it got easier and easier, and now I don't really crave them anymore. No more sodas for this guy.
My journal
October 19 week 1
The week was good with classes but it was when it came to not drinking sodas. Locked myself in my room to not have temptations. I was so borred from it. But My workouts were good though, I felt healthier than usaul. It was a good week overall.
November 23 week 6
No temptations to drink sodas at all. whent through my week very easy. My workouts felt great sense so sugar from sodas were in my system so that was very helpful. This has been very nice overall. I had a great week.
November 2 week 3
Spent the week wiht my friends in the stu most days between classes to get used to being around sodas and not drinking them. Kinda hard but my water bottled by just drinking it whenever i wanted a soda. Good week.
