O que é o DNA?
Objetivos
O DNA é formado por duas cadeias dispostas de forma antiparalela e com enrolamento helicoidal. Este é um polímero de nucleótidos em que cada nucleótido integra uma pentose (desoxirribose), ligada a um grupo fosfato e uma base nitrogenada(adenina, timina, guanina ou citosina)
- Conhecer uma técnica de extração de DNA das células
- Compreender o processo necessário à extração do DNA.
