HOW TO BE START COMPLIANT
ADMISSIONS & US
DURING QUARTER
The Associate Campus Director attends weekly Q2 meetings to discuss students who are Q2 ineligible and reach out to non-compliant students.
In the last 3 weeks of the quarter, Support Specialists meet with Admissions to review the next quarters New Starts. This allows us to add our own outreach to these students to help with limiting the number of students who are not start compliant

After receiving our new list of Q2 Ineligible students, we make another outreach, usually an email, that introduces who we are and provides them a list of what is still missing as well as how to complete these items
Week 2
Begin work with new Q2 ineligibles
We send out drug testing to students who will need it for the following quarter. We increase our urgency with students who are still missing items for the following quarter, as we like to have all of these completed by end of week 7
Week 4 & 5
Drug Testing &Urgency Increase
We focus on making sure anybody still in Q2 Ineligibility status from the previous quarter is aware of the concern, and we are actively seeking to meet with these students in person

We receive our new list of T2 new starts who are Q2 ineligible. These students have a shorter window to become compliant, so we work diligently with these students to emphasize the urgency of completing these items by 2nd week of Q2
Week 6
T2 Starts &pushed Outreach
We urge the students to have all of their requirements complete by week 7, especially those going into clinicals in their second quarter, as our CC starts to submit groups at this time. We also place schedule holds on ALL non-compliant students at the end of week 8, an additional tool to get students compliant.
Week 7 & 8
Clinical Submission &Holds
Schedules release in week 9, and with students having holds, a majority of our students will become compliant during this week. For those who dont, we will enlist advisors, CED, and Deans to initiate additional outreach to try to have everyone completed by the end of this week.
Week 9
Schedule Release &Wrap Up
By week 10 or 11, we will normally have everyone compliant from the current quarter, and begin working with Admissions on the new starts who will begin the following quarter. We acquire this list and start our initial outreach to these students to attempt to have them compliant before they start.
Week 10-13

IMM resources
We provide location and pricing information for a local Walk-in Clinic that offers all required immunizations.
Orientation
We present in the New Start On Campus Orientation. We go over how students can address items that they are still missing for compliance
Compliance Chat
Every day of weeks 3, 6, and 9, a Support Specialist and an Advisor sets up a table in the student commons to have an “Open House” for students to come discuss compliance and any other questions they might have
In Class Talks
In Week 2, we go to each class that is on campus each day of the week to speak on Q2 compliance
Other Docs in Castlebranch
We always check the students other documents in Castlebranch. A lot of the time they have what they need listed on another document and just need to upload it to the correct line.
On Campus Clinics
We have frequent CPR classes on campus, last quarter we had our first on campus flu clinic, and we also have regular on campus fingerprinting. We like to offer these on campus services to make getting compliant that much easier.
