Pay Rates for Substitute Teachers

Interested in becoming a substitute teacher?

There are several ways to qualify:

• Hold a current or expired teaching license from any state

OR

• Completion of an Effective Teacher Training Course

AND

• Hold an associate's degree or atleast 48 hours of college credits

OR

• Completion of 96 documented CEU hours AFTER January 8, 2002 AND passing WorkKeys assessment scores.

Steps:

The pay dates and associated time periods for substitute teachers are documented on the "Traditional (10 & 11 month) Payroll Schedule".

1. Complete online application and upload a copy of transcipts and Effective Teacher Training Certificate or teaching license.
2. Contact one of our schools to request an interview.
3. Paperwork will be sent via email by HR once school makes recommendation.
